still feeling like crap.. allergies are KILLING me. same ole stuff this week. worked like a dog. did some running but not a much as i'd like. worked on the house a bit. hope to have it finished/closer to being finished before emry's birthday party on oct. 6th. today sucked.. found out my 8 year old black lab, ludo, has cancer. they're going to do some more lab work to see just how bad it is. we'll probably have to take him back to the vet to do some x-rays on his chest. there is a good chance he has a massive tumor. i'm not sure we're capable of handling a dog with special needs (chemo or radiation) with the kids : ( on a more positive note.. my buddy, jason santiago, is getting married today. there will be several friends there whom i haven't see in years.. can't wait. probably won't hang out long though.. just enough to say "hello" so we can get the kids to bed on time. i'm trying to make the switch over from espresso to tea - i'm drinking some green tea right now. it's been pretty tough so far since i've been going to work so early in the morning.. something that i'm definitely not accustomed to. hell, some days i've been sitting in my office chair before 6am. give it a few more weeks and i should be able to get a little more beauty rest. still not sure what i'm going to do about racing next year. i went another week without touching my bike.. although i'm taking to one of my buddies/riding partners, timothy cook, to get her back in shape. maybe i just need a little more time.. my boy.. surFy

it's been almost three months.. but damn, lot's has happened in three months. i closed the building i was looking after before (i'm a facility manager). after my "great job", i got a promotion.. i'm also a people manager now. it's kind of wierd. i guess they figure now that i have two kids i can actually manage other peoples professional lives.. we'll see. it's kind of like real life office space, except, i dress much sharper.. and i haven't embezzled any $$$. i've also been working on the house a ton. i took up all the old tile and laid new tile.. courtesy of chopper kincaid - see picture below. i did a bunch of work on my car.. still have a long ways to go - new wheels. i think it's time for this though. i painted the shop. did some landscaping in the back yard. went to the dentist. not really much else.. just work and crap around the house. emry's turning 1 at the end of the month.. cot. 30th. oh yea.. i celebrated my 8 year wedding anniversary week. 50% caught up.. i'll catch up a little more the rest of the week. emry.. mad. emry.. happy ella helping daddy me and the girls - i worked all night the night before. em and i. camera hog. old tile. gride another shot new turbo vs. old turbo - new one not installed.. yet : ) surFy
