my favorite place on earth.. sunny, california. thanks for the pictures jamie! this is where i use to live in mission beach, ca. .. hence the name surFernick. i spent many hours on this bench.. staring off into the water. some of the best times of my life... gawd i miss it! these pictures mean alot to me : ) if you look carefully at the top picture.. you can see a roller coaster. next time you're in southern california, you need to go to belmont park. here's the drill... shot gun three large beers at hurricanes (next door to the mission roller coaster).. then hop on the coaster for the ride of your life. i smile just thinking about it. the surf shop i worked at is adjacent to the coaster.. emerald city. you have to stop by there as well.. buy a t-shirt, postcard, or something. the final mission is to walk south on mission blvd to sara's mexican food (it's about four blocks down on the left). kick back and order a shrip burrito.. actually order two and bring one back for me. now... take a deep breath and take it all in... it's the greatest place on earth. i'm jealous.. surfY
